Formed in February 2023, the Dortmund-based instrumental trio KARDEATHIAN has impressed audiences since late 2024—both at their own shows and as a supporting act for bands such as Eyehategod, Daily Thompson, Speck and Godsleep. 
Musically, KARDEATHIAN navigate the space between stoner doom, post-metal, and hypnotic heavy psych, refusing to be bound by conventional genre tropes. 
They deliberately eschew vocals and break away from standard song structures. Driving rhythms and massive riffs generate an instrumental heaviness that is not merely about brute force, but a state of being that transforms the room through density, repetition, and volume. 
Without succumbing to clutter or technical self-indulgence, KARDEATHIAN create a 
constant, compelling pull and anatmosphere that completely captivates the listener. 

With their self-titled debut, they carve their statement into the listener's consciousness -aiming, at best, to set their brains ablaze (metaphorically speaking) so they can cast off distracting thoughts and surrender to the aural flow.
